AACUP Accreditors Findings and Recommendations

Action Taken

1. A copy of document certifying that the buildings are insured is requested to be exhibited.

2. Present a checklist of requirements showing that electrical lines are periodically inspected by a competent and authorized campus electrician to ensure the maintenance of safety environment in the campus

3. Provide results showing the drinking water in the campus has passed the potability test

The drinking water in the campus has passed the potability test conducted by Municipal Health and Sanitation office.

4. Produce communication letters relative to the conduct of periodic drill on disaster and risk reduction management in the campus.

5. It is recommended that storage areas be strategically located in every office.

6. Supply relevant documents for internal and external communication system that are being used by the college.

8. Substantiate the claim of compliance that the drainage system is properly working.

9. The university physicians and dentists are highly encouraged to make Periodic visits to the different campuses in order to cater the medical and dental needs of the students, teaching and non-teaching staff.

10. If budget warrants, the college may consider providing the lacking medical and dental equipment, apparatuses, supplies and materials above-cited.

The admin allotted a budget for medical, dental and laboratory supplies and apparatus.

11. Proper documentation of the services rendered by the medical and dental team of the campus is highly recommended.

12. The campus officials, faculty members and student leaders are strongly encouraged to submit their written manifestation to the administration and the concerned LGU showing their desire to have a well-equipped and functional student center in their campus.
