The student leaders of BAPS department/Department officers of the BAPS Department held a meeting to plan their upcoming events and student activities. They discussed what needed to be done, assigned tasks, and set timelines to ensure everything runs smoothly. Their goal was to involve students and create engaging experiences for everyone. At the end of the meeting, the minutes were recorded to ensure that all discussions and decisions are documented for future reference and to guide the planning of upcoming events and student activities.
