1. Policies and guidelines be considered to be prepared for the proper use and maintenance of facilities, equipment, supplies, and materials

Under the directorship of Prof. Remedios L. Magbanua, the policies and guidelines for the proper use and maintenance of equipment and request of supplies.

2. May it be considered that a criteria and procedure be prepared showing the implementation of selection and promotion policy.

The University makes a PSU code for the proper implementation of selection and promotion policy.

3. A proof of documentation be considered for the collaborative activities of Dean, faculty, staff, and students in generating resources and income and in implementing cost-effective

measures.

4. The institution may consider to have an approved printed student handbook/ manual containing policies and guidelines for student use.

The student handbook/ manual that has been used by the campus is from the Palawan State University – Main Campus and it contain policies and guidelines for

student use.

5. Accomplishment report, minutes of meetings, and action plan be provided when students participate during planning and implementation of student activities.

The student leaders of BAPS department/Department officers of the BAPS Department held a meeting to plan their upcoming events and student activities. They discussed what needed to be done, assigned tasks, and set timelines to ensure everything runs smoothly. Their goal was to involve students and create engaging experiences for everyone. At the end of the meeting, the minutes were recorded to ensure that all discussions and decisions are documented for future reference and to guide the planning of upcoming events and student activities. 

6. Minutes of meeting, security report, grievance reports, photo documentation, and other evidences suitable to the student’s requests may be provided

The Director of PSU Narra Campus, Prof. Remedios L. Magbanua, secured in her term to have a grievance committee, proper documentation of the Minutes of the Meeting and security report.

7. Documents prepared and accomplished during the budget preparation and procurement program to the institution may be considered and prepared as evidence of the days and

activity.

For the Academic Year 2025-2026, the Occidental Cluster, (Quezon, Narra and Rizal Campus), Directors, Staff and Budget Officer conducted a meeting in Narra Campus for the consolidation and preparation of the PPMP. 

8. Result of the performance evaluation of the administrative staff may be considered to be utilized for promotion

The IPCR is one of the performance evaluations that can be utilized for the promotion, inline with this, we are requesting to the Planning Office of the Main Campus a copy of duly signed and approved IPCR of our administrative staff here in the campus.
