1. To come up with authenticity and clear message of the documents supported by pictures, do observe proper labeling, attach clear colored pictures as well as appropriate signature to pertinent papers under survey.

2. The Administration may consider designating other faculty members to augment the manpower of undermanned offices so as not to jeopardize its day-to-day operations.

3. For easier presentation and evaluation of documents concerned personnel may consider improving, collating and filing of pertinent documents and attaching such to the corresponding benchmark survey statements.

The program focal persons managed to get a signed from the concerned officials for the documents such as Performance Evaluation.
The other documents are being registered to the PSU-SYSTEM as an official document.
It is also been compiled in soft copy to be uploaded in the Online Portal for easily browsing. The portal has been created for an easy access and user-friendly.
Since the Accreditation is a virtual event, the documents and all necessary files are being stored and uploaded in the portal for virtual inspection and
validation.

4. The institution may also give a fair and objective distribution of allocated funds to improve student services and other campus activities. The institution may hire additional medical and dental staff to look after the welfare of the students. Or they may also consider a regular schedule of the university physician and dentist to look after the welfare of the students
Campus Administration
The campus has the Memorandum of Agreement between the Rural Health Unit.
This is to emphasize that the LGU and the campus has a strong bond and support.
The RHU Personnel conducted check-up and other medical related activities to PSU.

5. It is also suggested to have recalibration of targets and periodic review of activities to ensure better implementation of institutional planning and development.

The PSU Narra Campus conducted its Strategic Planning Workshop to create strong foundation of the core thrust of the university: Instruction, Research, Extension, and Production.
Along with the program, students’ administration is also invited to share and present their plan of activities for the operation of the student government.
