Recommendations

Action Taken

1. There is a need to craft a comprehensive research program that would support the university research agenda. 

The Campus conducted a Research and Extension In-house Review and Campus Strategic Planning and Capability-Building Workshop.

The BSBA faculty presented a research proposal in lined with university research agenda.

2. All the faculty are encouraged to conduct researches relevant to their field of specialization

The BSBA faculty have research proposal, completed and published researches relevant to their field of specialization. 

3.There is a need for a research unit to come up with research capability building activities that would boost the confidence of faculty to conduct researches.

The Campus conducted an Research and Extension In-house Review and Campus Strategic Planning and Capability-Building Workshop.

4. It is highly recommended that research outputs be published in refereed journal.

BSBA faculty has a research published in refereed journal. 

5. The research unit is encouraged to source out funds from other agencies.

One of the faculty in BSBA is a project staff in a  funded project. 

6. It is recommended that the research unit would initiate the conduct of regular in-house review to improve the researchers conducted by the researchers. 

The Campus conducted In-House review for the faculty research proposals and completed researches. 

7. Completed researches maybe packaged and extended to different clientele for utilization. 

The BSBA faculty presented their published research to its clientele for utilization.

8. Researches published in journals maybe extended/ disseminated through library exchange of publication with other agencies.

The Library personnel of the WPU-Puerto Princesa Campus received the Journal of PSU.  The University Librarian PSU-Main received a copy of the journal exchange from WPU Campus.
