1. Documents presented as evidences need to be signed by concerned officials, relevant and certified by proper authority, arranged
logically, properly packaged for ease in browsing, retrieving and evaluating the data presented for the program under survey.

The program focal persons managed to get a signed from the concerned officials for the documents such as Performance Evaluation.
The other documents are being registered to the PSU-SYSTEM as an official document.
It is also been compiled in soft copy to be uploaded in the Online Portal for easily browsing. The portal has been created for an easy access and user-friendly.
Since the Accreditation is a virtual event, the documents and all necessary files are being stored and uploaded in the portal for virtual inspection and
validation.

2. It is encouraged that documents supported by pictures should be cleared enough, properly labeled including event, time and date taken and with appropriate signature of concerned officials

3. The Quality Assurance office of the university may consider conducting an orientation to program and area leaders on the appropriateness and adequacy of documents or evidences to be provided to each mother statements.

4. With the accreditation becoming a culture in PSU-Narra campus, recommending qualified members to be an AACCUP accreditors who can lead the institution in the preparation of proper implementation of the accreditation process is highly encouraged.

5. The unit under survey may consider encouraging involvement and active participation of various stakeholders particularly the concerned students in the preparation of budget, procurement program and other activities of the institution.

The PSU Narra Campus conducted its Strategic Planning Workshop to create strong foundation of the core thrust of the university: Instruction, Research, Extension, and Production.
Along with the program, students’ administration is also invited to share and present their plan of activities for the operation of the student government.

6. The administration may also encourage and motivate faculty members to pursue higher degree programs so that the campus may not be drained from competent and qualified officials.

8. The college is encouraged to have a proper system of disposing non serviceable and condemned equipment, supplies and materials especially those toxic wastes.

10. The visit of the university Physician and Dentist to look after the condition and welfare of students even at least twice a semester may be given due consideration.

encouraged to established linkages, partnership and networking activities thru Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs) of Memorandum of Understandings (MO Us) to various government and non-government

12. It is recommended that concerned unit of the college may engage or forge a collaborative activity in generating resources and income to augment the operation of the institution.

The campus held its Strategic Plan 2020-2025 at Rich Pearl Resort, Malinao, Narra, Palawan to present and talk about the plan for the thrust of the institution and campus together with the presence of the students represented by the President and officers of the student government.

13. If budget warrants, the college consider hiring additional support staff in job•order or work order status to assist officials with multiple duties and responsibilities of those with more than one designation.
