It was observed in the syllabi presented that the graduate attributes that were recommended in the last survey were not specified. It was the goals and objectives of the program that were emphasized. Hence, it is sincerely advised to revisit the syllabi under program goals and objectives and make a possible modification or enhancement by clearly stating the graduate attributes anchored on the university's core values.

Since the Hospitality Management program is a skilled-based course and a non-board program, and considering that none among the core faculty are holders of any competency and very few HM students acquired NCs, it is humbly requested that both HM Faculty and students in Narra Campus be required to take up the assessment and acquired a certification of the different competencies offered related to hospitality management instead of the licensure examination
