A.S.1. The Laboratory layout conform to acceptable standards ( RA 6541 National Building Code of the Philippines/PD 856 “ Code of Sanitation of the Philippines) and to particular needs of program.
Existing Computer Laboratory Room and Internet Room, currently Occupied at Building P Room 1 that conforms to acceptable standards (RA 6541 National Building Code of the Philippines/ PD 856 “code Sanitation of the Philippines) and to particular needs of the Information Technology Program. These spaces promote a safe, effective, and innovative learning environment for our students.
The approved building plan clearly illustrates the location of laboratory rooms and shops utilized in the program, demonstrating full compliance with RA 6541 (National Building Code of the Philippines) and PD 856 (Code of Sanitation of the Philippines). This ensures that our facilities provide a safe and conducive environment for learning and innovation.

A.S.3 The Laboratories are properly-lighted and well- ventilated
The Computer Laboratory is properly lighted with six (6) Fluorescent bulbs available and well ventilated and has two (2) ceiling fans and two (2) wall fans and one (1) air condition.
The Internet Laboratory is properly lighted and well ventilated that conform to the standard of the building code. Also has (6) ceiling fans available.
The General Science I properly lighted with six (6) Fluorescent bulb available and well ventilated and has three (3) ceiling fans and large windows allowing natural light and proper airflow that can help regulate temperature, making a space feel more comfortable, especially in warmer months.

A.S.4 Each laboratory room has at least two exit doors that open outward.
Each laboratory room is designed with at least two exit doors that open outward. The outward-opening design prevents obstruction and allows for easier access during an emergency, ensuring that individuals can exit the room efficiently. The Computer Laboratory and Internet Room is Located at Building O Room 1 & 2 it has an area of 64 sq. meters and has two exit doors that open outward.
A.S.5 There is a laboratory for shop work for specific technologies.
Shops work laboratory has specialized spaces providing for specific technologies, like Computer Lab, Internet Lab, and General Science Lab.
The Computer Lab is a hands-on learning and experimenting place with software and hardware. It allows for the use of modern computers and enables students to engage themselves in their programming, graphic design, among other digital skills.
The Internet Lab focuses its study on online research, digital communication, and web development. The lab is designed to arm the student with resources needed to gain internet penetration, data management. The internet-enabled space for browsing, coding, and virtual collaboration helps develop digital literacy and prepares students for tech-driven careers.
The General Science Lab is an adaptive space through which experiments and scientific principles in physics are conducted. With adequate tools and materials, this lab also enables inquiry-based learning besides hands-on experimentation, which helps in deepening one's understanding of scientific concepts. A.S.6 There is a computer laboratory with at least 15 usable computer units and a printer.
There are quite a number of printers and computers available in the laboratory, which students and researchers utilize to execute varied activities on technology and academics. They mainly carry more current software and applications tailored for specific tasks, including designing, programming, and data analysis work.

IMPLEMENTATION
A.I.1 Furniture/equipment arrangement allows free flow of movement and enables students to work comfortably without interference.
The furniture and equipment in the laboratory are arranged in such a way as to ease free flow of movement and ease in navigation by students. Comfort has to, therefore, be founded on functionality so that hindrances causing obstructions are removed, and it is possible for a person to work here.
Computer Laboratory arrangement allows mobility and enables students to work comfortably without interference.

The Computer Laboratory and Internet Laboratory have clearly displayed Policies and Guidelines that are easily visible to students, ensuring they understand the rules and expectations for safe and responsible use of the facilities.

A.I.4 Laboratory Operation Manuals for the faculty and students are provided in each laboratory.
The Computer Laboratory provides an operating guidebook for students and lecturers that lets them know how to operate the equipment, software, and follow the safety guidelines clearly and properly, thus ensuring an efficient learning and teaching cycle.
Every Laboratory has established procedures, available to the faculty and staff, of step-by-step actions needed to operate equipment, manage applications, and maintain a hazard-free environment so the learning objectives may be safely achieved. These procedures make available a resource to enable an effective use of the lab and consistency in instructional practices.
A.I.5 Demonstration and training on the proper use of fire extinguishers, first-aid kit and other emergency measures are periodically conducted.
Seminars and training on the usage of fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, etc are conducted time and again in the campus ensuring that everyone is well equipped with safety measures in case of an emergency. These are also meant to boost up the safety consciousness of every individual to deal with such situations effectively.

A.I.7 A student’s access to a computer is at least 18 hours per semester for every subject.
All students of a class will have available to them for use within the lab on a dedicated basis regardless of what they may be working on in class-not only for computer science but for the other programs that use this technology to further pursue of research projects or hands-on learning. Such access fosters collaboration and creates an enhanced learning experience for everyone.
A.I.8 Appropriate laboratories for general education subjects are adequately equipped and well-maintained.
The laboratories are kept adequately and well because the cleaning is scheduled in routine. Such practices ensure all equipment works properly, and the environment is safe and conducive for learning, and students and staff can focus on their work without concern about mess or equipment failure.
Preparing a Brief Description of each laboratory room (National Science, Computer/Technology, Shop, Speech, PE, etc.)
a. Computer Laboratory/Speech Laboratory – provides computer services to the students especially to those who are enrolled in Information Communications Technology and other computer-related subjects.
b. Multimedia/Educational Technology Center – provides students technology needs related to teaching. This room contains multimedia equipment to be used in setting for teaching.
c. Research Facility- service as research area for students who are doing their researches in their respective programs.
d. Natural and Physical Sciences Laboratory – serves as an avenue for the students to perform science-related experiments especially to those who are enrolled in Physics and Chemistry courses.
e. Physical Education Stockroom – serves as storage room of the equipment and materials used during Physical education classes.
f. Demonstration Room – this room serves as an avenue for the students who are Education majors to practice their final demonstration.
A.I.9 A well-equipped Multimedia Center is maintained.
The multimedia facilities are equipped with modern technology and regularly maintained to optimize performance. This includes high-quality projectors, good audio systems, and interactive displays - all in excellent state to support engaging presentations and collaborative learning experiences. Regular checks and updates ensure that the equipment meets the needs of both students and faculty.
A.I.10 Gas, water and electricity are utilized for class practicum activities.
For class practicums, utilities used include gas, water, and electricity in order to provide a setting that is conducive for experiments and hands-on learning. These utilities allow students to apply various scientific and technical processes while deepening their understanding of the practical applications; however, safety measures are observed as the students work.
