AACCUP Accreditors Findings and Recommendations

Action Taken

1.  Formulate flowcharts of lines of communications among and within the colleges/departments.

The administration proposed an organizational structure and was approved by the University President.

The structure is being lined and connected with each department and other offices for the smooth and better transactional operation of the campus.

2. Assigning a Dean who is align with hospitality/tourism industry is highly recommended or clarity to whom the program head will directly report especially in

curriculum concerns is suggested.

The campus administration designated a Program Head (which can be equivalent to a dean of the program) who is a Masteral Holder, and currently pursuing Doctoral Degree.

3. Frequent communication thru faculty meetings is encouraged together with the proper documentation of the conduct.

The administration has its own personnel taking minutes of the meetings and kept it.

The personnel is responsible to check attendance and taking minutes every meeting and/or activities.

4. The Dean may consider to include the program head in supervisory plan.

The Campus Director (which can be equivalent to a dean of campus) provides Supervisory Plan and involving program heads as part of the monitoring team and implementation.
