We also looked at the Continuum of Health with the goal to achieve optimal health. Next, as a class, we worked on making and setting goals. Students where asked to set goals for their physical and mental health. Students also had to research how to access health services. Students where challenged to discover their interpersonal skills, and how they can improve upon them. As a class we dived in deep on resisting peer-pressure and giving the students resources to confront the challenges of peer pressure.
