Enrollments and accounts are synced from Colleague to Brightspace every two hours during business hours, along with two more after-hours. This ensures students and faculty obtain access to their Brightspace courses in a timely fashion.
8:00am -> 10:00am -> 12:00pm -> 2:00pm -> 4:00pm -> 6:00pm -> 8:00pm
Note: There is some lag time that can impact the availability of accounts or enrollments into Brightspace. This is due to processing time of the data reporting and upload times. If your access is not yet available in Brightspace, you may need to wait until the next sync.
