Physical Education provides students with knowledge, experience, and an opportunity to develop skills in more than one of the following sports or activities: team sports, individual/dual sports, recreational sports, and fitness/conditioning activities. Students develop a personalized fitness plan which includes principles of nutrition. In addition, Physical Education is a combination of beginning weight training and team sports. This course is designed to give students the opportunities to learn weight training concepts and techniques used for obtaining optimal physical fitness. Students will benefit from comprehensive weight training and team sports activities.
