Principles of Management provides an overview of the principles of management. Emphasis is on the primary functions of planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling with a balance between the behavioral and operational approaches. We will look at the principles of management through the lens of billion dollar sports industry. All student enrolled will be eligible to participate in DECA.
