Happy Friday!
As we come to the end of a busy term, we’d like to say a big thank you to all our pupils, families, and staff for their hard work and support. We hope everyone enjoys a well-deserved October break. We look forward to welcoming everyone back refreshed and ready for another great term ahead!
👥 Parent Council
We are disappointed that we were not able to meet with parents last Friday due to unforeseen circumstances. We had a brief meeting with a Parent Council member today, and we are aiming to reschedule the meeting for the afternoon of Friday, 31st October. We were happy to hear that more people will be able to attend, as we are always keen to have more parents involved in our school community.
🎒 OOSC
We are deeply disappointed to have had to make the difficult decision to temporarily close our After School Club due to recruitment challenges. We will continue to make every effort to ensure that our service resumes as quickly as possible.
👩🏫 Staffing
Miss Imada is moving to another authority. We wish her all the best in her new role and thank her for her hard work.
🍪 P7 Bake Sale
Thank you so much for all your support with the bake sale. We raised £148.57.
📸Photographer
A photographer will be at the school on Wednesday, 30th October, to take individual and sibling photos.
🎉 Seasonal Disco
We are hoping to host a seasonal disco in the first week after October holidays.
📖 Bookbug Invitation
We’d love to invite our school community to join us for a Bookbug session on Monday, 27th October at 2pm in the Community Room.
Please bring along your babies and toddlers for a fun, friendly time of stories, songs, and rhymes. We look forward to seeing you there!

Article 16 – The Right to Privacy
What it says:
Every child has the right to privacy. This means your child’s personal information, letters, emails, and daily life should be respected and kept private. Children also have the right to a private family life and personal space.
“My Private Space” Drawing – Ask your child to draw or describe their own special space or corner at home where they feel safe and relaxed. Talk together about why having privacy and personal space is important, and how everyone in the family can respect each other’s privacy.
