Karate will instill moral values and discipline, while developing agility, coordination and strength. 

Children will learn how to defend themselves and will acquire mental and emotional skills that will enable them to meet life's challenges. 

They will develop concentration, confidence and discipline and acquire a strong spirit. 

They will learn Karate through various games and exercises such as courses, exercises with hoops, balls, or padded sticks. 

They will learn how to channel their energy and therefore, learn how to concentrate.

The children will also strengthen their general motor skills by learning fist and foot control, practicing a well worked laterality and mastery of strokes.

Parents will be invited to the open house at the last session. 

Required outfit :

• Karategi : Karate uniform (possibility to buy it from Decathlon or our provider. Please choose the right size for your child. Make sure it is not too big) 

• Water bottle  

All clothing and equipment should be marked with the name of your child.
