In the cheerleading ECA, students will get to learn elements of cheerleading such as tumbling, stunts and jumps. 

It's a team sport where students will get to learn tumbling skills like handstand and cartwheel as well as stunting skills like double thigh stand and shoulder sit. 

As the team progresses, they will get to learn a choreographed routine with the skills that they have learned throughout the semester for performances or competitions. 

Parents will be invited to the open house at the last session.

Required outfit : 

• Sport attire (shorts and tee-shirt)

• Running shoes

• Water bottle

All clothing and equipment should be marked with the name of your child.
