Judo transmits in its practice a certain culture and traditions such as respect, discipline, emotional balance, and introduces many other values into the daily habits of children. 

This ECA is an introduction where children learn to use their motor skills, manage the fear of falling and develop their interaction with others.

Judo classes will take the form of games while acquiring a code of conduct.

They will learn, demonstrate and practice basic techniques.

They will develop strength, speed, flexibility, coordination, reflexes, concentration, balance, stamina, personality, self-confidence and knowledge of their own bodies. 

Parents will be invited to the open house at the last session.

Required outfit :

• Judogi : Judo uniform (possibility to buy it from Decathlon or our provider. Please choose the right size for your child. Make sure it is not too big) 

• Water bottle  

All clothing and equipment should be marked with the name of your child.
