Taekwondo is a Korean martial art very popular worldwide and an official Olympic sport.

The benefits of Taekwondo training will help children:

• boost their self esteem,

• give them better self discipline and control, 

• help them in social situations, 

• keep them active and  more physically fit, 

• have and show respect for others, 

• teach them the lessons learned from failing, 

• give them goals to shoot for as well better focus,

• and last but not least shows them how to work with others. 

They will learn Taekwondo through a number of exercises and games.

Parents will be invited to the open house at the last session. 

Required outfit :

• Dobok : Taekwondo uniform (possibility to buy it from Decathlon or our provider. Please choose the right size for your child. Make sure it is not too big) 

• Water bottle  

All clothing and equipment should be marked with the name of your child.
