This ECA is an introduction to baking. 

Students will learn the basics involved in cooking such as planning, prepping the ingredients, cooking, baking and plating.

They will try making both salty, sweet and savoury goodies which they will be allowed to take home.

They will appreciate the various factors that can affect cooking such as temperature of cooking, size of portions, proportions and many more. 

Parents will be invited to the open house at the last session.
