2025/2026 Sports Activities: Registration Details
Here’s how to sign up for sports activities:
For most sports sessions (Selection Process):
Register on Eduka: Choose your preferred sessions between September 4th and September 7th.
Attend Selection: Be ready for selection sessions from September 15th to September 20th. We’ll email you the specific date and time for your session the previous week.
Check Results: An email with your selection results will be sent on Saturday, September 20th.
Cancel if Needed: You can cancel your registration by Tuesday, September 23rd if your selected session doesn't work out.
Activities Begin: All activities start on Monday, September 22nd.
For certain sports sessions (Draw Process):
Register on Eduka: Choose your preferred sessions between September 4th and September 7th.
Possible Draw: A draw will only occur on Saturday, September 20th if registration numbers are too high and we can't find another way to accommodate everyone.
Open to all students from 6éme to Terminale, this activity is suitable for those who want to discover the different disciplines in Athletics, like sprinting, endurance running, throwing and jumping. Other than weekly training sessions, fun and small scaled contests within the group are organised to encourage friendly competition and to track the students' progress.
The objectives of this activity are
- To acquire the knowledge and skills in the different disciplines
- To discover the different aspects of training from warming up, strength and conditioning to stretching and cooling down.
- To train individually as well as collectively
Competitions
Athletes may have the opportunity to participate in local cross country competitions or track and field meets.

Selection / Mondays / 5:15 - 6:45pm / 6eme - Terminale / AMK 3000 - Stadium / 515 S$
Ouverte à tous les élèves de la 6ème à la Terminale, cette activité est adaptée à ceux qui veulent découvrir les différentes disciplines de l'athlétisme, comme le sprint, la course d'endurance, les lancers et les sauts. En plus des séances d'entraînement hebdomadaires, des compétitions ludiques et à petite échelle sont organisées au sein du groupe afin d'encourager la compétition amicale et de suivre les progrès des élèves.
Les objectifs de cette activité sont les suivants
- Acquérir les connaissances et les compétences dans les différentes disciplines
- Découvrir les différents aspects de l'entraînement, de l'échauffement à la musculation en passant par les étirements.
- S'entraîner individuellement et collectivement
Compétitions
Les athlètes pourront avoir l'occasion de participer à des compétitions locales de cross-country ou à des rencontres d'athlétisme.
