Climbing will teach children to control emotions, problem solve and risk-taking, to be attentive and precise, to have self-confidence and to know their own body. They will also encounter the values of exchange, respect and responsibility towards others and themselves. 

The practice of rock climbing will allow children to become familiar with the equipment, to become aware of the responsibility of being a "belayer", to understand the height and to develop specific skills in order to be able to raise their level of performance. 

The objective will be to become autonomous in the management of the equipment and to improve the child’s level of "climbing" to be able to progress to more and more difficult routes.

Parents will be invited to the open house at the last session.

Required outfit and material : 

• Sport attire (shorts and tee-shirt)

• Water bottle

All clothing and material should be marked with the name of your child.
