Netball involves lots of jumping, landing, changing of direction and footwork, along with executing precise skills, which helps with strength and agility. 

It will give to the students an opportunity to:

• Enjoy a new sport in a fun, safe environment.  

• Gain new individual and team skills.

• Experience building new relationships with students from IFS and other schools.

• Develop their confidence and self-esteem.  

• Benefit physically. 

They will put what they have learnt into practice during matches.

Parents will be invited to the open house at the last session. 

Required outfit : 

• Sport attire (shorts and tee-shirt)

• Running shoes

• Water bottle

All clothing and equipment should be marked with the name of your child.
