What's this about ?

Language: French

The aim of architecture is to provide children with new perspectives of spaces they live in everyday; to awaken them to the discovery and understanding of their daily environment.

Children will discover architecture and construction techniques throughout history, from antiquity to the present day.

They will discover the architecture of the Middle Ages, the materials, tools and construction techniques used, the different functions of architecture (defensive, religious, decorative, industrial, cultural), but also the great architectural trends of the 19th and 20th centuries.

Throughout the semester, the small architects will build their own models and bring them home at the end of the semester.

Parents will be invited to the open house at the last session.
