Heritage Conference Academics 2022

Students of the Homer-Center School District competed in an academic competition against other schools in their area's heritage. Between Monday, March 14th, and Friday, March 18th. Four competitions took place. Below is a list of each event, the students who partook, and their placement.
Mathematics- Annah Elliot, Jonah Arone, Annaleigh Spade, David Eastman (MVP)- 3rd place
Science-Isaac Turk(MVP), Ali Schmidt, Isaac Marshall, Abbie Ramsell- 3rd place
Current Events- Matt Malakar (MVP), Sophia Eastman(MVP), Chevelle Kenney, Wil Jones- 1st Place
Impromptu Speech- Gabi Page(MVP), Justley Sharp(MVP), Eden Gutierrez, and Riley Miscik - Tied for 1st
FCS-Kyersten Gett, Lilly Freed, Nicky Todd, Meegan Williams- 8th place
Along with this, Homer-Center placed 1st overall, winning the Heritage academics competition of 2022. Congratulations!
