Down in the main office once you get past the amazing secretaries, in the first office on your left you will find the daily home of Mr. Rodkey. Mr. Rodkey is the HC High School vice principal. However, he wears many more hats than that. He is our homelessness and foster care liaison, head of concussion management, the HC Cyber principal, and our pandemic coordinator. His day to day tasks include attendance and discipline. You can usually find him examining our security feed with a walkie-talkie in his hand. He was a math teacher for 13 years, the dean of students for 4 years, and our vice principal for 6 years.

Outside of school, Mr. Rodkey is also the coach of our Cross Country and Track and Field teams. Some of you may not know this, but he also coaches the United Varsity basketball team. He also enjoys being with his family and trips to the beach.
All in all, Mr. Rodkey is our vice principal, but he also contributes much more to our school through his administration. He may be our VP, but he is also a mentor and a friendly face to talk to if you have a problem. Mr. Rodkey is a vital part of what makes HC such a great school!
