Michaela Catalano

Mental health is a thing most students deal with in their daily lives.  For Homer- Center High School senior Michaela Catalano that internal battle has taught her that she’s not alone. “I struggle a lot with my mental health and I feel like it teaches me that other people care and I don’t have to keep things bottled up.” This mindset allows others to see that they are not alone in their emotional hardships.  Michaela is able to break the stereotype when it comes to mental health struggles.
