Halloween Costume Contest

On October 29, the HC Observer hosted a Halloween Costume Contest. To enter the contest, students had to donate a non perishable food item to the Student Council Food Drive. There were four categories to enter in including Scariest, Most Creative, Best Group Costume and Funniest. Check out all the amazing costumes!
