One of the biggest quests that young adults encounter is the one where they seek to find a career that they will be happy in practicing for the rest of their lives. This is in no way is an easy or simple quest for everyone, but what can those who have found it do to make sure they stay content? Many times people become discontent with their careers after they don’t have much work. At times this is due to the employee not being completely satisfied or when the general public has a negative bias towards that career. The career that I am heavily interested in is in law. After a while, I realized that some people have some negative stigmas towards lawyers in which they don't fully trust lawyers. This is why I decided to make my essential question: How can lawyers and even people who want to one day become lawyers, like me, implement good methods to minimize the negative stigma that some associate with lawyers? I have found that some people have these negative stigmas due to having a bad experience with another lawyer and because of this, they distrust other lawyers. Throughout my project, I have investigated numerous ways in which a lawyer can prevent this from happening and how they can do their best in making sure their client is satisfied with their representation. Through this, I have also found that a lawyers job is very dependent on how satisfied a client is since this client could recommend them to others which in turn would give the lawyer more work. I have also found that is the principle of a person doing all that is in their hands in order to do a good job applies to any career.
