Modern times revolves around changes, innovation, and new ideas. We are constantly looking for new ways to make something better and more efficient. However, technology itself can’t replace actual human physicians. Technological innovations can never truly take over for doctors because they lack human abilities. As medical technology is becoming more personalized, accurate, and faster, new technology is changing how doctors and patients interact with new innovations for the better. My research includes finding revolutionary medical technologies and the importance of doctor-patient relationships. I worked alongside an internist to first hand see how rapid tests only work to enhance a doctor’s intuition. Moreover, I witnessed proper patient care in a CNA class. The world as we see it today has adapted and changed tremendously, however, the relevance of forming human relationships remains.
