Mindfulness Lesson
Students will learn about mindfulness and participate in some practices that can help students cope during their summer vacation. Students will learn to find peace during quiet times and appreciate the stillness. They will create a pinwheel to focus on their breath and learn how to use breathing as a coping strategy. Students will take home their pinwheel and practice breathing when they need it the most during summer.
