Lesson 2: Mindfulness

Lesson objectives:

  1. We will learn what mindfulness means

  2. We will practice mindfulness

  3. We will reflect on the importance of practicing mindfulness when we are feeling stressed

When we reflect before we react we are able to treat others with compashion and empathy!

The video also talked about different examples of mindfulness.


Think of a time when you felt stressed and overwhelmed and when you are ready please share how you were able to feel better.

  2. Be on time

  3. Use your name when you log in to zoom

  4. Be respectful

  5. Don't forget to use mute when not speaking

  6. Raise your hand to speak

  7. Use the chat feature ONLY when you are given permission

  8. Use reactions to show your understanding

  9. Show your schools values when your online

  10. Make your parents proud. Make good choices!
