Perseverance - To persist in any business or business undertaken; to pursue steadily any design or course commenced; not to give over or abandon what is undertaken.

Students will learn:

1. To define the word perseverance.

2. How creating goals to something difficult will help you to persevere.

3. You can learn many things when you are determined to learn them.

1. The young girl in the book, didn't realize she was so young and would have the opportunity to make big goals.

2. As a young student, what kind of goals do you need to work on to become what you want to become later when you graduate from high school.

4. Think of goals you would like to complete, write them down and then work on them one step at a time.
