The quiz feature in Google forms provides a quick and easy way for teachers to assess student understanding with automatic and manual grading tools. Prior to Google releasing this update to Forms, teachers were able to use Google Forms for quizzes using add-ons such as Flubaroo. This new, built-in feature makes it much easier to create and manage quizzes and provides some additional useful features. Teachers are able to specify correct answers, points, and give automatic feedback for correct and incorrect responses. Using the response summary, teachers can also identify frequently missed questions that may need further review.
