One of our teachers is an unhealthy eater. Every time when he came to me, looking proud of himself and said “Ms. Yip I had two McDonald’s for dinner last night.”, I would just roll my eyes and ignored him.
This teacher looks very fit, “somewhat” smarter and younger than his age. I never got a chance to tease him by saying “You are what you eat!” This is the reality. He doesn’t look like what he eats. He is one of those who were born with great metabolism but he does work out for hours every day so a 大隻佬 like him deserves more than 2000 calories a day.
I believe he doesn’t cook for himself much so most of the food he eats are takeaways. How could they be healthy?
