My lovely student Alexandraasked me how I made a yummy and healthy dessert. I would say desserts which are composed of mainly natural ingredients. Anything, which 1) doesn’t call for chemicals like baking powder and baking soda, 2) doesn’t have an insane amount of fat and added sugar, and 3) is not dry-cooked at high temperature, should be good to enjoy.
Coincidentally, the weather is a bit warm this week. I highly recommend a simple dessert which only needs two to three ingredients. It is Sorbet!
Sorbet is super easy to make. We only need to freeze our chopped fruits(any fruits you like) overnight and blend them with honey or syrup. I love to eat it with mint leaves and fresh fruits. Also, we can keep the leftover in the freezer for a week.
It's 4:30pm. Off I go to enjoy this refreshing and nutritious dessert.
