Happy Friday! Have you found out why rabbits are associated with Easter? Like eggs, they are a symbol of new life. There is also a tale that the goddess of Spring and Fertility (Ostara) transformed from a bird into a hare, laying coloured eggs for the Greek goddess to surprise children as gifts. No wonder eggs and bunnies stick together at Easter.

Now I want to show you the bunny cakes I made today. I wish I could make them with you together. It was really fun. The video shows you step by step of the whole process but I highly recommend you to reduce the amount of sugar. Check out the ingredients I used. I also use some cocoa powder and strawberry powder to colour certain parts of the bunnies. You can easily get all the ingredients from supermarkets and bakery shops. I got my strawberry powder from Wooden Horse in Tai Po (http://www.woodenhorsebaking.com) It's way better than artificial food dye. Try it one day. :)
