Today's meal is for 3 people. 3R QQ, 1S Robyn and Alisha.
QQ wants some nutritious food which can help him gain weight, like he said, "可以增肥的營養食品". Robyn fancies some salad and Alisha goes for fries.
Okay, it's easy. For today's lunch, I chose a selection of "super foods" which can give you the energy you want, keep your brains sharp and boost your gut health.
The first one we got is salmon, which is known as "the king of fish". We love its proteins and omega 3 fatty acids. These are what QQ needs to build his muscle mass. :P
Then we had KALE for salad. This dark green veggie is an excellent source of Vitamin A,C & K. I ate that with roasted pecans and cherry tomatoes with drizzles of my favourite salad dressing. Yum!
The last one is potato chips but I also used orange and purple sweet potatoes. They will pump up our antioxidants intake. Alisha may feel a bit disappointed that I didn't deep fry the chips but she should understand why. :)
I also made two desserts for other two students but the desserts need to chill in the fridge overnight. Will share with you tomorrow. Goodnight! :)
