una and chickpeas to make a simple pasta. That fish and legume
are both low fat and high in protein and iron.
They go well with salad. My pasta needs a bit of cooking, but if you don't mind eating them straight out from the cans, you can simply toss all ingredients and serve a healthy meal in the blink of an eye. ;)
