While there was a tomato left in the fridge, I thought I should make another tomato dish for 2M Tonia and 3A Jacob. It is 蕃茄炒蛋!
To make Tomato Scrambled Eggs, the key is to cook tomatoes and scrambled eggs separately.
For seasoning, we have sugar, oyster sauce 蠔油 and Worcestershire sauce 喼汁 to enhance the flavour. Many people are after the sweetness so they may add a crazy amount of sugar or ketchup to the tomatoes. I don't do that but cooking at home is always better than eating outside. You should feel good to add a little twist to the recipe if you want. ;)
