This is a bit of a challenge. Classic tiramisu is not a dessert for kids because there is coffee and alcohol.
To make it LESS UNHEALTHY, I
1. replaced expresso with soy milk,
2. took away the alcohol,
3. skipped the raw egg yolks,
4. added less sugar.
It’s not difficult to make but it’s not easy to get ladyfingers and mascarpone cheese from local supermarkets. I usually get them from "Wooden Horse" in Tai Po or "Best Baking" in Fanling. If you can't find them nearby, please do not risk searching for them. You can always do it after the quarantine period. :)
The next dessert is kind of fool proof and you can find all ingredients you need from Wellcome or Parknshop. See if you like it or not.
