Making mango mochi is pretty straight-forward but the whole process is not environmentally friendly at all. We have to use disposable gloves and quite a lot of cling film to prevent the dough from sticking to our skin. Honestly I felt very guilty while making it. I would not recommend you guys to make a small batch just for yourself. Find a chance to make it for a big group of people. Not so appropriate to say this now. Maybe we can celebrate the end of pandemic with some mochi in half a year or so. :P
