Last Friday I made cakes with a steamer. What if we want to make a western-style cake but we don’t have an oven at home?
This week's Easter countdown cooking, I am using carrots(our bunnies’ staple food) to make a cake with a RICE COOKER. How easy it is! Once I got the batter ready, I just pressed "cook" with the same setting of white rice. Within half an hour, here we have a fresh carrot cake which is golden brown outside, and moist and fluffy inside. Mmm, I'm loving my rice cooker!
