Not many kids like beetroot but 3A Ryan asked me how to cook it. I am really happy. Beetroot is packed with fibers and antioxidants. It significantly helps regulate blood glucose level, lower blood pressure and improve digestion.
When I was studying in the UK, I went to Waitrose at least once a week to buy their beetroot salad. I tried to replicate a similar beetroot salad for Ryan. It tastes a bit sweet and citrusy, very appetising.
