Many of you asked me to make a cheesecake. Here you go. This is a no-bake cheesecake which doesn't need an oven at all. It is soft and creamy. The crust is made of almond flour which is healthier than digestive biscuits but of course you can change it to your own liking like blended cereals or the original digestive biscuits. The sauce is pretty versatile. Feel brave to swap the blueberries with other berries or other fruits.
