Some of you asked me if yogurt is healthy or not. Yes, it is. Yogurt itself provides a whole lot of proteins, calcium and probiotics which are great stuff for our digestive system. What makes yogurt unhealthy is the extra sugar and artificial flavourings found in flavoured yogurt. These additives feed bad bacteria in the gut which may cause the probiotics to lose its effect. To maximise the goodness of yogurt, we should always opt for PLAIN yogurt.
Today I have used plain greek yogurt, chia seeds, mango, strawberries and almond flakes to make a wholesome breakfast.

Take the soaked chia seeds out from the fridge in the morning and enjoy it together with plain yogurt, fresh fruits and nuts. :)
