3M Hero had a weird request:

"How to make “Spaghetti Bolognese” with chocolate sauce instead of bolognese.🌚 My cousin likes eating spaghetti and chocolates but she hates tomatoes."

I could have just told Hero to make his cousin eat tomatoes and ignored his request, could I? Well, I had a second thought. During this difficult time when we have to stay home for months, maybe Ms. Yip could take a step back and spoil her students a little bit. Okay. Let's see what I have done.

First of all, instead of chocolate sauce, I made a custard cream to brighten up the plate. The cream was made of milk and egg yolk which would provide more nutrients than a chocolate sauce.

For making the chocolate pasta from scratch, we only need a few simple ingredients. To cut the pasta, either a rolling pin or a pasta machine will do the same job for you. Personally I like the hand-cut ones. They are more springy than the slippery thin noodles. See which one you prefer.
