Gallery: The Russian Federation

Hola loyal reader! You're just in time for the first in a new irregular series, a pictorial trawl through the weird world of foreign Grant Morrison reprints...

This weeks installment is brought to you by the Russian Federation -

Are they licensed official product of the DC Time-Warner corporate machine? Are they fan-translations? How are they so good at spotting what font DC are writing their logos in and then seamlessly adapting it for the Cyrillic Russian alphabet? What the hell kind of a fan is that good with Photoshop? Where did they get copies of the unlettered art for Arkham Asylum so they could do a (frankly incredible) Russian Gaspar impression over the top of it? Do these things exist as print comics or just as translated scans??

As Johnny Nash once sang, there are more questions than answers... But if anyone knows where I can get me copies of any of these, let me know.

Much more Johnny Foreign Grant Morrison goodness over here at the woefully incomplete International Bibliography. Again if anyone can help (especially with any cruel or unusual cover scans) let me know.
