Cover scan and interior page below. Appears to be "official" and not a fan translation. It seems unlikely a hobbyist would go to the trouble of translating both the DC corporate roll call on the title page and hand re-letter the entire story in a Cyrillic version of Gaspar Saladino's original lettering for an unlicensed book, but you never know. Anyone shed any light on it?
