A few quick site updates after a week of radio silence here at Deep Space Transmissions Towers -

    • Firstly, after looking over a copy of Supergods as published, it looks to be pretty substantially different from the publisher's proof that I read and reviewed, so I've added a proviso to that effect on the review and will probably go back and do it again at some point. Not yet though, stay tuned...

    • To mark the passing of the News of the World last Sunday I've added some interviews to the archive from another defunct rag that the world is better off without, namely Wizard, the Comics Magazine. Always a little hesitant to put them up on the site whilst Wizard seemed actively interested in making money by, you know, printing a magazine or updating their website, now that they seem to have abandoned those ideas I've thrown caution to the wind and typed 'em up. Some should be on there already with a few more to go up over the next few days. There's a few other non-Wizard nuggets gone up in the interview archive too, and I'd urge you to check it out.

    • I've started annotating JLA, thinking that it would be something to keep me busy while waiting for Batman Incorporated #8. Given that its taken me the best part of two weeks to do one issue, I think it might take me a little longer than I originally anticipated. Still, if you're interested - and patient - JLA #5 annotations are here.

    • In the world away from my computer screen, there's new interviews with Grant Morrison from the New Statesman and the Metro (a free newspaper here in the UK with a daily circulation of nearly 1.5 million!), as well as lots of good reviews for Supergods all over the internet. Haven't been keeping track of where all the reviews are but, hell, you know where Google is...

That's all for now. Peace out y'all.
