We don't currently offer any blank sublimation puzzle so you would first have to buy the sublimation puzzles.
Some things to consider when deciding which sublimation puzzle to buy:
The Sawgrass printer will only uses regular letter sized (8.5in x 11in) paper.
Find a either a smaller than then or the same size as the paper.
I recommed seaching "sublimation puzzle blanks" on Amazon and looking though and finding on that fits the best!
Before anything make sure that you are using the right computer! The computer that is connected to the Sawgrass Printer is located in the back left of the lab!
Step 1: Once you have chosen your png image and import it onto an 8.5"x11" artboard on Adobe Illustrator.
Step 2: Depending on the size of the puzzle that you have choose you would want size the image to the appropriate size.
The puzzle blank that I selected is a little bit bigger than the paper size so I am going to make it as big as I can so that it will cover as much of the puzzle as it can.
Step 3: Now that you have the image the way you will it you will send your image to print. Go to File > Print > Select "Sawgrass Print Manager" under the "Printer" setting. Hit Print at the bottom right and the Sawgrass Print Manager will automatically open.
Step 1: Turn on the heat press. The temperature setting should be listed on the packaging of your puzzle blanks. For my puzzle the temperature recommended is 190°C for 50 seconds. You would change these with hitting the button on the right with the gear on it.
Step 2: Once the file has finished printing, cut it out to be bigger than the coaster.
Step 3: Tape the paper to the coaster. (Use the metallic Teflon Tape!)
Since the piece of paper is larger than the coaster, tape from the backside.
TIP: Put the coaster and paper up to the light to make it easier to line up.
