• EverBright East Coast Update

  • • Effective 10/16/25 we will re-open EverBright on the East Coast only.

      • • Available in MA, CT, NJ, and NH.

• Proposal Review Requirement

  • • All homeowners are now required to review an EverBright proposal before applying for financing.

      • • Homeowners and sales reps will only be able to access the credit application through an EverBright proposal and will be able to qualify through there. Click HERE to reference EverBright's FAQ for this change.

Tesla PW3 Adder Update

• The Tesla Powerwall 3 (PW3) adder has been permanently reduced to $9,500. This is not a promotional offer anymore as this is the new adder price going forward unless otherwise announced.

  • • First Tesla PW3 - $9,500

    • Each Additional - $7,000

Cash Deals

• As a reminder, all cash options have been removed as a financing option effective 9/15/25.

Best Practices

• • Change Orders

    • When COs are not signed in a timely manner the likelihood of funding issues and various escalation increases. To avoid commission reversals, penalties or other charge backs, please make sure COs are prioritized and signed when called out. If there is an issue that needs to be addressed in order to get the CO signed, please ensure there is a good, consistent line of communication with our teams.
